General Venue Information

The event venue is the newly refurbished Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel. The hotel is situated near to the Birmingham International Airport, and is on the NEC (National Exhibition Centre) complex.

The hotel has a number of facilities on site including ATM machines, a beauty salon, a gift shop, a fitness room, swimming pool, solarium, and a news stand. There is also a lounge bar open 24 hours a day.

Room price for single occupancy is £65.00 including VAT and breakfast.

Room price for double occupancy is £75.00 including VAT and breakfast.

We have negotiated with the hotel to get you an amazing discount on the room rates, you will only be able to get this reduced rate by booking directly through us. If you are planning on arriving on the Thursday, we have managed to extend our discount to cover your nights stay prior to the convention. When you go to the booking page, please change the date to Thursday 31st March to enjoy an extra nights discount. Don't forget to also change the check out date to the 4th April if you intend on staying for the Sunday evening entertainment!

The room description that appears on the site is listed 'Twin bed', however you can still list your bed type preferences for the booking or you can call the hotel directly (using the codes above for the discount) if you want.
