Kitacon Terms and Conditions
By registering for Kitacon you agree that:
1) You are either 16 or over the age of 16 in order to attend the event. You also recognise that certain areas may be inaccessible to members under 18.
2) You recognize that you will need a officially recognized form of identification which include:
a. A valid and in date passport
b. A full or provisional photo driving licence
c. A Prove It card
d. CitizenCard
e. Connexions card
f. Validate UK card
g. Young Scot card – the latest version with the PASS hologram only
h. Armed Forces photo identity card
i. EU National Identity card
Other Identification may be accepted at the Kitacon committees discretion although this must be confirmed in advance.
3) You recognize that the committee have the right to refuse entry to any member who registers who has appeared on a banned list from any other UK anime convention and have the power to remove any member from the convention at their own discretion.
4) You agree that in the event that you are banned from Kitacon your details can be passed on request to other UK anime conventions.
5) You recognize that with regards to floor cosplay weapons the committee have the final say and can remove it from you and placed in ops where it can be picked up for Masqurade use only and when you leave the convention.
6) You agree to abide by the rules for the convention surrounding members laid down by the Kitacon Committee.
7) You agree that you will provide payment in full within 28 days of registering your membership.
8) You agree that you have a limited right to cancel or amend your registration as defined here - If you wish to cancel your registration, we will offer a refund minus a £10 administration fee when the refund is conducted until January 31st. Thereafter, any refund will not be guaranteed and will be subject to the Kitacon committee's discretion. Any amendments, changes or additions are also fully subject to the committee's decision.
9) You agree to provide us with your full contact details and address for legal and emergency reasons.
10) Kitacon reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any times without prior notice.
