Event Proposal

Want to propose an event you'd like to run at Kitacon? Please use this form and let us know all about your idea. We can't guarantee we'll agree to every event proposed but we will read and consider anything you send us.

If it's just a suggestion or something you're not looking to run yourself then please discuss it in the forums as this form is for people who've already got a clear idea of an event they want to run themselves.

The deadline for an Event Proposal is Sunday 12th February 2012, we regret that we will be unable to accept any submissions after that date.
