Think you've got what it takes to create a really awesome anime music video and win this competition? Read the rules below, and get your entry in to us before the 24th of March, and you could win one of our prestigious Kitacon Awards, as well as other prizes.

Rules and Guidelines

This year, we will be accepting AMVs that feature video game footage. All anime based AMVs will be accepted aslong as they adhere to the following rules.

No AMV can be more than 6 minutes in length (including bumpers). Please try not to include footage that contains subtitles. Keep bumpers, animated intros and credits short. You must give fair warning that your AMV may contain elements that might spoil the show for people who have not watched the series/movie/OVA yet, so please make your answer above accurate or include a spoiler warning in your video.

Please note that we will ignore any audio/video submissions from sites that require a login. If you are struggling to find a host, then we sugggest using file sharing sites such as MegaUpload.
